Ingredients

250g canned baby corn

1 egg

30g self-raising flour

80ml water

A pinch of salt

260ml oil, for frying

Small handful of parsley, chopped (optional)
Method

Mix together the egg, flour, water and salt, until you get a smooth texture. Add the corn to this, and mix again.

Heat the oil, and pour 2 tbsp. into a pan. Fry until golden brown and place on paper towels to drain the oil. Serve with the chopped parsley, if you like, and your favourite dipping sauce.
