Ingredients

  • 100g blueberries

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 200ml milk

  • 2 large scoops vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. In a blender, whizz blueberries, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, milk and ice cream. Pour into milkshake glasses and enjoy with a straw.
